Our Construction Estimating Process

We provide the estimate and takeoff sheets to the client in the client template or our template or EXCEL sheets.
Pricing: Estimation is done in most cases by use of codes representing the trades in drawings or construction specification index codes in this case CSI. Pricing is offered based on zip coding, where clients also give estimated geographical area pricing. Political factors and labor wages are the main limitations that were used for the pricing.
